APPROVING PROOFS

Proof Approval - Yes, It's Essential

We will not send any order to print without your approval of the proof.

This is for your protection as well as ours. As electronic files are transferred over the internet, they can become corrupted, fonts substituted, images swapped, etc. We don't want you to receive any surprises when you receive your final printed product, so please take the time to thoroughly review the proof before you give your approval. Please, don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

We rely on your thorough inspection of the proof to detect and correct errors. Once the final proof has been approved we cannot be held responsible for any errors. Please pay close attention to names, places, contact details, dates, times as well as general grammar and spelling.

      - We will email you a soft proof. If you request a hard proof, you will still be sent a soft proof file. Our pricing includes a free "soft" proof. Again - check carefully spelling, layout, grammar etc.

      - If errors are found, it gives you an opportunity to correct and resubmit a corrected file.

      - Another soft proof will be sent. We require an approval via email. The artwork is then sent to production.

Important

Once approval has been made, full payment is required before commencement of your job.

Job Completion

Turnaround is usually within 5-7 working days depending on the item to be produced. If your job is urgent, please state this when placing your order. We will then establish if this date is possible. Once your job is completed we will email you.

 All printed artwork is kept on file (for 6 months) in PDF format for future repeat orders. If changes are needed, re-submission is required.
